HnM Plastech India Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2022 as a subsidiary of Rubber Tech, founded in 1989 by Mr. Hemant Singh Sarin. Rubber Tech began with rubber stoppers for disposable syringes — a product that demanded precision, hygiene, and reliability from day one.

HnM Plastech was created to meet the growing demand for precision plastic contract manufacturing. Operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Ballabgarh, Faridabad, the company serves global OEMs across four sectors with over 40 qualified professionals and a scalable expansion plan.

In 1989, with a vision sharper than any mould cavity, Mr. Hemant Singh Sarin founded Rubber Tech — and quietly built one of India's most trusted names in precision polymer manufacturing. Over 35 years, he has navigated the full arc of Indian industry: from rubber stoppers for syringes to supplying American MNCs, Finnish power giants, and India's largest fintech company.

His philosophy has never changed: quality is not a department, it is a discipline.
