Mr. Hemant Singh Sarin
In 1989, with a vision sharper than any mould cavity, Mr. Hemant Singh Sarin founded Rubber Tech โ and quietly built one of India's most trusted names in precision polymer manufacturing. Over 35 years, he has navigated the full arc of Indian industry: from rubber stoppers for syringes to supplying American MNCs, Finnish power giants, and India's largest fintech company.
His philosophy has never changed: quality is not a department, it is a discipline.
"We are not the biggest factory in Faridabad. We intend to be the most reliable one."
Mr. Manik Singh Sarin
Mr. Manik Singh Sarin represents the next generation of the Sarin legacy โ bringing strategic ambition, international commercial sensibility, and a relentless drive to push HnM Plastech beyond its founding brief. He has been instrumental in expanding the company's customer base across sectors, forging partnerships with global MNCs and leading the entry into consumer electronics manufacturing.
From ENSTO (Finland) to the Paytm Soundbox mandate, Manik has repositioned HnM Plastech as a true multi-industry precision manufacturer โ in three years.
"A Finnish MNC, an American medical company, and India's largest fintech all trust the same team in Ballabgarh. That is not a coincidence โ that is a system."
